The IER phase of the evaluation started on January 12th and extended till 27th January. The Consensus phases ended on February 14, 2022. Zeynep Yıldırım evaluated 9 project proposals (ITN & DJ) together with two other Experts, the project budgets ranged between 2.5 to 3 Million Euros, each
